STANDARD DELIVERY
CHARGES
PLEASE NOTE:
ALTHOUGH WE SHIP ON A NEXT DAY SERVICE, DUE TO COVID-19, YOU MAY EXPERIENCE A DELAY IN YOUR GOODS BEING DELIVERED. OUR COURIERS, UPS, ARE TRYING THERE VERY BEST TO DELIVER ON TIME, BUT WITH THE AMOUNT OF DELIVERIES CURRENTLY BEING UNDERTAKEN BY THEM, THIS IS NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDERS. WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.
Our standard charge for upto 25kg within the UK
mainland is currently £10.50 plus VAT. Our standard delivery service is Next Day on all orders which are received before 1pm and in stock at our
Milton Keynes warehouse. In some cases, orders received after this time may still
be processed and shipped out on a Next Day basis. If you have an urgent order,
please contact our sales offices as we may well be able to get your ordered
shipped out even if it is late in the day.
Please be aware that delivery to Scottish
Highland areas, Isle of Man and Channel Islands and some Scottish Islands may
be 2/3 days.
ADDITIONAL
CHARGES
Delivery to some Scottish Islands, Isle of Man,
Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may also attract an over water surcharge.
If this is the case, we will call you to discuss additional postage charges.
Orders in excess of 30kg in weight may also be
subject to an additional carriage charge. Again any additional charges will be
advised after receipt of your order. The order will not be processed or charged
to you until confirmation is received that the delivery charge is accepted.
Most of our deliveries are despatched via a
contracted carrier who requires a valid signature from a person aged 16 years
or over, as proof of delivery. If there is nobody present at the time of
delivery, a calling card will be left by the delivery person advising if a
further attempt is to be made, or giving contact details of the carriers local
depot in order that you can make alternative arrangements. In residential
delivery areas this maybe a "Post Office".
Special instructions can be entered in the
“Additional Details” box on the checkout page, e.g. if you want your order
leaving with a neighbour for example.
SPECIAL
DELIVERY SERVICES
Timed deliveries e.g. “Saturday before noon”,
can be arranged at an extra cost. If a special delivery is required please

OVERSEAS
ORDERS
All orders received from outside the United
Kingdom will be subject to additional shipping charges. We will always look for
the best shipping options for our customers whether this be by Road, Air or
Sea. Once again your order will not be processed or charged to you until
confirmation is received that the delivery charge is accepted.
